Verification process for identity and trustworthiness. Failure to provide requested information may lead to cancellations.

Working hours: 12 PM to 11 AM. Equipment picked up post-12 PM must be returned by 11 AM the next day. Late returns result in additional rental fees.

Notify immediately if the equipment is damaged. Responsible for replacement or repair costs. There is no damage waiver; all damages are covered by the renter.

A deposit or security check is required. Cancellation terms apply based on the notice period.

Rentals are processed in-store; delivery out of Delhi NCR is not available. A few selected customers might get Delivery within Delhi/NCR only, and Delivery charges are applicable.

Extensions are possible; fees apply. Late returns without prior communication result in full rental charges.

Privacy is respected; use valid email addresses. Extended rentals and used equipment sales available. No price matching promise with other rental houses.
